They determined my transformer was bad and gave the details of what model to purchase to replace it. Secondly I had to replace a salt generator for my pool but after **** so I couldn't get my pool lights to come back on. I tried everything I could think of but nothing worked. Luminous was very throw and determined it was my inside manual light switch that needed to be replaced. I would never thought about that since it was working fine before the salt generator was installed. I was very impressed with their expertise and thoroughness of their work. It was also helpful for me to go over all the steps that were taken in determining the resolution. I would use Luminous in a heartbeat again."

We have been trying for 11 months to get our Generator repaired, had at least 5 come out give us an estimate (One company referred by you) and never heard from again nor returned numerous phone calls from us. The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease.
