The work was performed when he told us it would be and completed very efficiently and effectively. He communicated regularly and advised when unforeseen complications arose (there weren't many but I expected on a 30 year old roof on a 70 year old house there would be some). "All new roof thanks to Xtreme Xteriors and their professional perseverance! The damage initially started with a huge hail storm June 25, 2025, and further wind and hail damage in subsequent storms. Two other roofing companies said it could not be done. My insurance company turned it down 3 times. Phillip Groover was amazing. He would not give up. They finally agreed to covering half of the roof. BUT Phillip would not stop there. 5 visits, photos, videos, negotiations. He got me 100% coverage. I paid for my homeowners insurance on time for years and I was so upset that they would not cover the damage, and I'm so thankful Phillip (and Andrew) got it done. The quality of the materials and their work is also top-notch! Tell them Janet sent you."
