"I have never had a more pleasant experience on any project in my house. From John, with sales, providing excellent information about the windows and doors without forcing anything on me, to Nancy in the office providing lots of communication and updates, to Steve, Nate and Jason installing with perfection my new windows and doors, I could not be happier. It was stress free and the smallest of details were attended to. The owner, Lee Fuller, even called me to apologize for the delivery taking longer than expected. We completely understood as the factories were delayed due to COVID. But it was so nice to get that special touch from the owner. I had read many great reviews about Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock and they lived up to all the hype. Thank you to Steve, Nate and Jason. I hardly knew they were at my house. They installed 14 double hung windows, 2 specialty windows, 1 large picture window, a single door to my screen porch and a front door with sidelights in only 2 days. They were respectful of my house and took great care not to damage the walls, wood floors, or any furnishings. And they left everything neat and clean when complete. I was so amazed at their professionalism, efficiency and respect. I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock! I only wish I had another project I could contract them to do!"

"replaced 11 windows in total. only took them one day. Only issue that came up was on the day of installation we were informed that one window had grids (didn't match the others) - we were told that they would still replace the windows and follow up when the correct style was in stock to fix the window. 8 days after the installation, I got a call saying the window without grids was in stock - had it installed the following day in less than 5 minutes. Could not have been happier dealing with North GA Windows."

"I have used ATL Window & Door in the past to install my 3 sets of French doors so I felt comfortable with their pricing and installation proposal for the windows--and they were the lower of the two bids that I had collected.  Their installers are really great (same ones that did the installation of the doors) and took great care to clean up and were very careful with the landscaping around the windows.  The windows that came in had the wrong grille pattern--they were supposed to be 3 by 3 per sash but what was sent was 2 by 3 per sash which is not what I ordered and is not allowed in the town home community where I live.   Since I noticed this problem after a few of the windows were installed and the other old windows knocked out, the installation had to proceed with the incorrect windows.  The original proposal from Atl Window & Door to correct the problem was to replace the glass in each of the window sashes but I was not keen on this idea as I wanted new windows (complete new sashes)  from the manufacturer.  Atl Window & Door obtained the correct sashes and installed them at no additional cost.  They had to go out of their way and drive to Charlotte, NC to pick up the correct sashes as the manufacturer had closed their Atlanta office.  While I don't think that this was their preferred and most cost effective resolution from their perspective, they did the right thing by me, the customer,  and I have the seven new windows that I ordered.  The problem was resolved within three weeks of the original installation. <br />"

They were apologetic when the 1 custom window took a while to be made from the manufacturer, but once the window arrived, they had it installed in about 2 hours. Their window quality are great, the windows are energy efficient and we can tell a big difference."

"Excellent. They were punctual, professional and efficient in completing their work. Within 24 hours, we noticed a difference in how cool the house remained on all levels. Previously, when we walked upstairs to the second floor of our house, there was a marked and noticeable difference in temperature. After installation of the insulation, this does NOT happen! "My experience going through the request-for-quotation was excellent. Chris House was very professional and very knowledgeable. Unlike some of his competition, he took the time to understand what I was looking for in this renovation and was instrumental in advising what window product-line and window options were the most bang for my buck. Chris really took to heart that a renovation big enough for me to invest my hard-earned savings deserves nothing less than to be done right the first time. My experience with Chris, coupled with AVI's excellent showroom, made choosing AVI a no-brainer. When it came time for the installation, the crew was friendly and hard-working. Most importantly, the crew's workmanship and carpentry skill was outstanding. All the bullet points I expected for quality work, they met or exceeded. Every window was fitted and leveled properly. Every opening was foam-sealed with the appropriate window-foam. All the trim miter cuts and butt joints were flush and tight. They even touched-up all the scuffs to the drywall around the opening, which was an much appreciated bonus. Unfortunately, their scheduling and logistics was appalling. The install crew was consistently late almost everyday, sometimes having to reschedule for the next day entirely. Even after repeated complaints to their home office, the problem persisted. A 5-day job ended up turning into a grueling 3-week ordeal. In the end, I tolerated their disappointing time-management because of the caliber of their work. I figured what's an extra week or two next to a lifetime of quality work? If only the install crew had been better with time-management, it would have been a great experience."
