In addition, they patiently navigated me through a difficult permitting process from start to finish. Once the work was started, I had a gorgeous new deck in just over one week. In the state of Rhode Island ONLY, Single Source also provides licensed asbestos abatement (RI License# AC00261) and full property repair and reconstruction services (RI Residential & Commercial General Contractor License#GC-11685.) "WOW!!!! Professional, courteous! I had serious hail damage to my roof and Single Source came in, did the estimate, contacted my insurance company and within a few weeks, I have a fabulous looking new roof upgraded roof! Justin at Single Source is extremely knowledgable on building codes and because of that, he was able to show the codes to the insurance company to get the upgrades covered. Their roofing team worked from the moment they arrived with one short lunch break working almost 12 hours. They completed the entire job in one day and my roof is 2,000 square feet, so it's a sizable roof. The team was very careful to protect my gardens, they moved plants, lawn furniture and put everything back they in place before they left. The clean up was impeccable! Not a scrap of shingle, paper, trash or nails left to be seen! I would highly recommend Single Source for all your repair needs caused by damage."
