He came out a day later and his crew installed the fence. There was a mix up on some panels but he sent the crew back the next day and switched out the panels that were not the right color. I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! "Ergeon was very quick to get back with me and answer my calls. They are fantastic about getting back to you quickly. They do a virtual meeting to go over everything and give you a quote and then they send a guy out to measure and make sure their quote is accurate. I wanted a hog wire panel fence. There was a bit of a hiccup in scheduling the installation because they needed supplies shipped in. I'm a tiny bit disappointed because the installers showed up with a roll of welded wire that they stapled to a wood frame-so it wasn't framed panels. I still love the look of the fence but I think the idea got lost along the way."
