"They do a good job and are responsive when called.  The lawn looks good.  Sometimes I feel the technician doesn't look for problems and just does the basics of fertilizing the lawn. For example, there may occasionally  be brown spots in the yard. If I'm concerned I have to ask, it's never addressed otherwise. Occasionally there are some weeks. Again, I never know if they've been treated."
