"We had a big job! We were looking for someone who offered a fair price and did quality work. We must have met with 5 or 6 contractors in all. Prices were all over the board. When we met Seth from Eagle Eye fencing, we liked him right away. He's a sweet guy who takes pride in his work. He built us a beautiful wood fence with all of the details we asked for. The gate he built is awesome! Super strong and attractive. He also put up a section of chainlink, and paid special attention to detail there as well. The final part of our project was replacing the wrought iron on our front porch with posts and beam. Seth spent as much time as we needed to get the details exactly as we wanted. It looks quite stunning! If you want high quality work that you will be happy with for many years, we would highly recommend working with Seth at Eagle Eye Fencing Specialists."

"Arbor City installed both a wood privacy fence and a steel ornamental fence for us, and we are very happy with the quality of the finished product, how Clay and his team member left the job site, and how efficient they were when they were on-site. The price was competitive. The only two things that would make this less than perfect, and why these are not deal-breakers: 1) The project dragged on a bit. Keep in mind that this was during the height of the COVID stay-at-home period, and I think Clay said that his other foreman had to leave work unexpectedly, so Clay was having to act as foreman on all of their jobs. Given this, I found things worked best when I was sure to follow up with Clay regularly by e-mail. In short, there was a delay, but it was at least partially excusable and specific to the crazy time this was. 2) Clay could have been a little more familiar with the various options for steel fencing (we ended up using the Ameristar Montage line). It helped to look through the options in the manufacturer's catalog directly, but Clay had to do some extra work to figure out which lines and options were stocked, appropriate for the application, and readily available, vs which would incur delays or special order charges. That said , Clay definitely took the time to work things through to get to a great finished product, and gave a small discount and absorbed a little extra cost that arose, in view of the delay - he made things right. Bottom line, I would definitely use Clay's company again for future fence work."

"Denver Fence Specialists was the most professional contractor or tradesmen I’ve ever worked with. On time, good communication if things had to change, and outstanding thoughts on how to complete the project. Roman took every idea I had about our fence and made it better. Ours was not a simple “replace what’s there” scenario. We brought the fence closer to the street to enclose our backdoor, changed the style of the fence (concealed metal posts, capped top) and did a double gate on one side. Our property slopes down from the foundation to the fence line so they had to angle the fence up to enclose the back door. He used black metal posts for the gates because we changed our paint to white with black trim. It looks amazing, and he did it with is asking for it. So many compliments on the fence it’s crazy. Can’t recommend them enough."

He was quick to respond and gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair work. I paid him half of the estimate as a deposit. The work was completed a few days later.
