He used a bobcat to remove the wood chips, debris, installed a new irrigation system, and installed a new raised concrete barrier. This was a lot of work and I’m pleased with German’s work.     Aeration:  Quick but thorough.  I've done my own aeration in the past so can assess job quality

    Fertilizer:  Applied fertilizer and pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicide as part of the service

    Clean-up:  Thoroughly swept all areas around the lawn

    Knowledge:  Very knowledgeable and forthcoming regarding lawn and weed-related issues.  Had a number of valuable suggestions for how we could improve our lawn's soil condition and enhance water retention (water conservation)  

 

Price: 

    Very good.  $72 (including 10% Angie's discount) for approximately 2000 sq ft of lawn
