Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change. 

I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.

I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.

"It was excellent. They didn't charge us more than the big deal purchase. They come when they said they're going to come. They did exactly what they said they're going to do. We had some remodeling done for some old sink and some old TV . Those were the items that we couldn't find anybody to take. It also included an old dispenser and an old microwave. My husband put it all together because that's just the way he is. I don't think that they required that. He just put in on together so that it would be easy for them to get too. I would use them again. We came slightly frustrated because we had  a slight difficulty in contacting the people. There was an issue going on. We called them several times and we had to email them. That's where we got a response."
