I accepted it immediately and they scheduled the project for Friday, but unfortunately had to reschedule for Monday because weather prevented them from finishing a previous job Friday morning. They were able to basically tear off the roof by hand leaving very few nails to remove from the decking. I watched as they installed the new shingles with 5-6 nails per shingle as is suppose to be done. The roof looks fantastic.
