He had to remove the molding from one side of the door jam and insert shimmies to straighten out the door jam so the door would shut properly. He also tightened screws to give the door more lift so it wouldn't drag when opened and closed, and replaced the door knob, which I had purchased. I would definitely use him again."

"They power washed the outside windows, 4 or 5 young men came and washed them > I paid the extra to do the sky light > i have pella windows with the screens inside so that part was not included. They washed the exterior windows very quickly and left. It is an efficient operation. They let me reschedule to a later date.

"It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job.
