I told my requirement which was to clean about 25 windows in outside only, and the windows are located in 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. He was quick and gave me an offer. We negotioted the price and he agreed for $400. The best part, is told he will come at 9:00AM on 21st November and did better.
