"Jack and his team are incredible. There were issues with our alarm system and with our entertainment center that were head scratchers that I had tried to resolve but could not. I also needed to replace my universal remote. Jack was able to download the files I saved in my computer for my remote, convert the data into a useable format and load that into the new remote. All which saved me money. His team installed a smart tv on a bedroom wall and placed all the wiring in the wall and moved electrical behind the tv.
