"Ray and his team are miracle workers! Our home is a renovated 40's farmhouse with multiple additions. The basement (especially the "original" portion) had been pretty much untouched for decades before we moved in - we're talking junk, dirt, spider webs, bugs, etc. Ray and his crew did a haul-out of everything still remaining and then a deep clean with pressure washing/sanitizing. They also procured and installed steel shelving for storage and then organized the items we wanted to keep on the shelves. The basement is unrecognizable! We could never have accomplished this much on our own. The team was also prompt, polite, and FAST. I am amazed at what they got done in less than two days! Ray even fixed our broken screen door on his way out!"

"Junk King? More like Scam King! Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $50 for a reputable service like Pete & Pete. Save yourself the emotional and mental hardship. I used the self service. Filled a container with ground tree stumps and branches. Sales person says it's fine when booking. Fill it up, truck operator says it's too heavy. Have to spend hours emptying it to an arbitrary level deemed acceptable. This company will ream you out and make you a sucker in its T&Cs. They say you can fill a dumpster fully with wood (which weighs more than dirt, pound for pound) but then will turn around and say that it's too heavy. Customer service is not the paramount priority here. It's miserable dealing with them. My advice is to use a company that actually cares about its customers and that will let you fill up a dumpster. Every single individual I've spoken to about this is dumbfounded that a company can casually extort its customers like this and that you can't fill a dumpster. If you like the feeling of getting messed around then I give them 5/5 stars, Junk King is for you!!! To add insult to injury I also got charged an extra $119.20 for being overweight. Unbelievable!"

They moved everything for us, always cleaned up after themselves and even picked up and returned flooring for me. James goes an extra 10 miles to make everything is as perfect as possible. He even corrected little things he found along the way that he didn't need to and any other Company would have charged me for. The flooring turned out beautiful and I love walking into every room and noticing the little details that James made sure he added or corrected.
