"Was told all week grass (which was overgrown because of their late start) would be cut BY END OF WEEK..   Now close to 5 PM Saturday and nothing has been done. The man showed up on Sunday and was working hard to catch up.. In talking with him I think he knows what he is doing...  I hope we will be able to depend on him coming on a regular schedule which is why we had to stop our prior lawn service..."

"The reason I gave a B in Punctuality is because I initially tried to use their website to schedule online. When I didn't receive a response, I phoned and found out that the business is in the process of changing hands (purchased by brother), and website was not yet updated. "Dave was easy to get in contact with and he initially came out to take a look at what we wanted to get rid of. He said it would be no problem and we got an estimate right away. He also took a look at our drainage situation and gave us a bit of advise. Scheduling the work took a bit of back and forth. This was during a wet spring when there was a lot of jobs to do and not enough clear days. But we did get the call a day in advance and we were able to prepare. The work took maybe a little over an hour and it was well done. Dave was careful with the yard and the fence and very skilled with the skid loader. He helped load up the bricks, fence posts, and logs.All said and done, we got rid of everything we wanted to clear out of our yard and it was a great price. <br />"

We had two of our landscaped beds re-landscaped with new plants and removal of old plants, including dead evergreens. We also had the rest of our beds cleaned up, weeded and re-mulched. We were so impressed with their work and attention to detail. The crew was prompt and professional. Our neighbor was so impressed with their work that he asked for a referral! <br />"
