"Unfortunately, when there were problems, Victor was unavailable.  At first, within a month of the initial installation in January, 2015, it was clear that there was insufficient sealant on one quadrant, because the color literally washed away in the rain.  This didn't seem like a big problem, because Victor told me on the phone that he was in Mexico, but when he returned, he would come right over and resolve the problem.  He never came over and that January was the last time I talked him.  In October, we remodeled a bathroom, and unfortunately, there were leaky trucks on our driveway. The oil stains are unsightly and the bathroom contractor wanted to resolve the problem.  He asked me to contact the driveway contractor to find out what would take the oil stains out without taking the color out.
I called Victor repeatedly and eventually, I contacted him.  He was in Mexico; he said he would come over when he got back.  He came over and promised to return to power wash the texture coat and apply new sealant.  When the work was originally done in January, he said it would be necessary to reseal once a year, so in mid-November, it was actually almost time for new sealant!
He water blasted the driveway, which took out most of the stains.  Then he came back the next day and put on two coats of sealant.  He told me there was no charge, but we insisted in paying him, as he did the work and applied the materials.
Once again, the driveway looks beautiful.
Would we do this again?
No, because it doesn't last, no matter who does the work and how responsive they are.  Very very expensive coating that cracks and stains.  I've seen it done by other companies; it's the nature of the process.

"Rafael did a fantastic job on my backyard project which included building a beautiful new planter, new concrete patio & Astro turf accents. He dealt with our HOA in a truly professional manner, submitted all plans per their specifications, and design/planned the whole project. Professional, communicated well, kept on schedule, had hard workers with cheerful attitudes & cleaned up the site after every work day. I would highly recommend Rafael for any concrete related project."

"Demolished existing courtyard and circular driveway. Regraded the entire courtyard. I had flooding of my house caused by passed heavy rains. The workers were on time, left the property clean everyday. Chris came up with additional ideas for the project, which enhanced the project! I finished with stamped concrete. Very pleased with completed project, and very well priced."

"I had a section of my patio replaced due to age. It was approximately 20 X 25. Day one was the removal of old concrete and placement of forms. Day 2 was no work due to the need to order concrete. Day 3 concrete was poured. Day 4 removal of forms. All days were successive. I am beyond pleased with Freedom's coordination & organization. Customer service was outstanding on their communication and followup."

"Christian came out to look at our concrete work we wanted done. His pricing was reasonable. His team was very professional and thorough. The concrete work was to my satisfaction. Thank you. Will recommend him."

"The work was absolutely top notch. I am so so happy with the brand new back patio Cesar poured and finished - it's in rosewood color, so beautiful! Highly recommend them!"

"Great experience! Very professional and project looks great! Would recommend!! Actually I did recommend them to other family! Very happy with finish. Repaired areas match finish perfectly."

"Creative Design went above and beyond the call of duty for our Project. Angiâ s Review should allow a category to be entered as well as a drop down list. We had a large and complex swimming pool completely removed and filled. Josh Bermudez was highly professional and efficient. He had the heavy machinery required to do this challenging job. He has knowledge of pluming, electricity, landscape grading and removal of concrete and rebar. His price was fair and the job was done quickly and perfectly. If you have a big landscaping job to do, Josh Bermudez is your man. His crew were also polite and professional. I want to adopt Josh Bermudez."
