He gave the wrong instructions to his team. I overheard this and again corrected him. Rules of my complex is that you can't have workers after 5 on the premises. He demanded his money after partially doing the job incorrectly actually making the problem worse. I was alone as both my neighbors were gone so I paid him. He promised to come back in 2 weeks. As a small, family-owned business, our primary focus has been custom residential landscaping. However, we have done both public and commercial jobs, as well as ecological restoration and small scale agricultural and horticultural development. Long ago we determined not to grow our company beyond the point where we, as owners, could not actively participate in field work on a daily basis. This practice allows us to consistently turn out individual, well-crafted projects. Our work continues today on a local and regional basis, from Lake Tahoe to the Pacific.
