I called Frog Hauling in Columbus to order 2 - 20' dumpsters. I spoke with Pat who informed me they did not have any in stock. He said he would try to get 1 if not they would send a 16' and "just let him know if this wouldn't be enough and he would dump it and get me a new one. He pretended to be polite and accommodating. They delivered 2 -10' dumpsters instead of the 16' promised. When I call Pat of Frog Hauling Columbus back, he was rude and condescending. He cut me of immediately and told me I would have to pay an additional $304 per dumpster.
