"I had a roof leak, and wanted some old solar panels from the 80's removed, he called me Saturday around 12:30, shortly after I listed, what I needed done, he came by at 4:30 pm, we both went up on the roof, I showed him, what I wanted done, we agreed to terms, said he could have it done ,by the latest Tuesday, I said great, so he calls me up Tuesday Morning, tells me he is on his way there, I got home at 3:30 pm, the job is done, looks incredible, looks like the solar panels, we're never installed,fix the leak, by the way, he was able to find blue shingles, that they no longer made, I would highly recommend Sal and his team , they are the best, thanks Sal"

"I couldn’t be happier! From the time Gary came to do my roof inspection to the final paperwork, everything went to smoothly. Gary gave me such honest advice and feedback. When the crew showed up to replace the roof, they were on time and worked so hard. Finished in the same day, including cleanup. Gutters were installed the next afternoon. It’s now two months later and all my neighbors are either still waiting for materials or have many issues with their installs. So glad I went with JR Roofing and avoided all those headaches. He was very knowledgeable about roofing materials and working with insurance companies. Donny excelled at explaining the process, was always available, and patiently answered all our questions. "The good: Lakewood Exteriors did a great job with our roof replacement. The project was completed with decent quality, on time, and at a reasonable rate. The bad: Communication was difficult. We received half answers to questions we asked on multiple occasions. He committed to signing a Roof Cert Form for insurance, but a month and a half after the project was completed, we are still waiting on this form. At end of the day, while I was happy with the work and the price, I wish I spent a little more to work with a more professional operation. "

Rex Roofing & Restoration LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. Once my project was completed, that was when I found out that this company primarily does Hail damage on homes in Colorado.
