"I contacted the company via their website and within 30 minutes received a call, which was surprising given that it was at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning! I scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday between 9 and 11. I received a call about 20 minutes before they came and they were in an out in less than an hour. They cleaned the offending carpet in my daughter's room, the carpet in my bedroom and a high traffic hallway and put down scotchgard on all of these areas. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. I waited a week before posting this review because I wanted to see if those mysterious spots reappeared. I am happy to say that they have not reappeared and my carpet still looks wonderful and smells even better. I will definitely use this company again."
