"Rich removed our old deck and replaced it with a beautiful trex deck. Beautiful iron rails and step with lighting. Incredibly beautiful. Rich redid ou bac yard with a sprinkler system and dark mulch edging. He removed dead tree branches and pulled all the weeds that had come up through the rocks under our deck. I can not tell you how truly amazing the work on the patio was. Rich used 3 feet of road base under the patio, gravel and then sand. He did a Haring bone design with the bricks. It was incredible watching him skillfully place each brick. Wow we could not be happier. The professionalism of work this company does is top notch. We added a gazebo after Rich's crew was done and spend every nice day outside. Rich gave us a beautiful new living space. He even came back this year to see that everything was good. They get the work done quickly ,show up and work very hard. I truly believe there isn't a better person out there to do your landscaping. Thank you Rich and crew. Both the owner Frank and on-site manager Luis were excellent communicators throughout the project. Luis and his crew worked hard during hot weather, and did a careful jub. The estimate for total duration was off, but Luis explained why he needed more time due to un-anticipated problems with the existing, non-optimal sprinkler system. "Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken.
