"We used Bartlett’s in 2017 and had a great experience. They were professional, responsive, and did a great job. In spring of 2020, we contacted them to trim some trees and take one out. Someone came out and we had a great discussion, and he said someone would call us in the fall. No one did. By the time we got someone on the phone, they couldn’t come until New Year’s Eve. When they did come out, they did the tree trim but took out the wrong tree- the one they took was an established rhododendron, instead of the scrub tree that clearly needed to go. They couldn’t do the stump removal because they hadn’t brought the right equipment. That meant another visit, and even then things were done wrong. It’s now been over a year since our original request, and the work STILL isn’t done. We’ve called at least 20 times, and although the receptionist is friendly and kind, no one ever calls back. I understand that 2020 was a mess, and we’ve been more than understanding. Not only will I not ever use them again, I will warn everyone I know against them. Find someone who might return a phone call."

"Great! They could have conjured up any plausible mechanical reason, charged me plenty, and I wouldn't have known the difference. Turns out I had pored way too much oil in the reservoir. They charged me a very modest inspection and cleanup fee, including a plug and little replacement filter. Can't be treated more fairly than that. V. Mason"

"The Anderson crew did an excellent job. I have a 200’ arbor vitae hedge, 10 feet tall, that needed to be tied back (after storm) and sheared. They took special care in protecting my emerging plants during work and cleanup. Not an easy job, but they were great, easy to work with. This is the second year they have taken care of my hedges and I will definitely hire them again!"

"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I hired Jones Landscaping to do some drainage work in the backyard. When they came to do the work, Brett was going to remove a drainage pipe that I told Brett that was working great and showed him the drains and pipe location upon the day of the estimate. Had to stop Brett from damaging the drainages pipe and drains, And I had to ask Brett to make adjustments to the estimate for work that they should not be doing. After his workers put in the new drainages they used dirt that had clam shells in the dirt. I asked one of the workers about the clam shell in the dirt and he said he was told to use the dirt from an old job they just did. I guess they needed to get rid of the clam shell dirt some place. I told Bratt that this will not work, I have dogs and they will dig it up and I asked Brett to remove the dirt and he said with a HARD NO. Days later he said he would remove the dirt only if he could put the dirt in the front yard. A different job. Before they put dirt over the drainages they put 1'' - 2" rock over / under the pipe, great. I guess they had more than they needed because they just put the extra rock along my garden fence. see pics Text Brett and ask if you are going to put grass seed down location you dugout.
