"When we first contacted them, Mariano came to give us a quote the very next day. The quote beat his competitors by a long shot, and he was a very nice guy who had received great reviews on Angie's List before. The initial yard clean-up & barkdust went forward as scheduled. We were delighted with his crew's work and speed with which they got it all done. However, once we scheduled them for twice monthly upkeep thereafter, there were THREE occasions where they did not show up on the day or time scheduled to do the maintenance. Each time we had to call and Mariano had someone there to do the work the next day, yet it was a major inconvenience not having them show when they would say they would. Our family's schedule is too busy for this kind of unreliability. Therefore we will not be using their services again this summer and will be hiring another company, even if that means paying a bit more."

"Rufino and his helpers worked quickly, efficiently and took great pride in their work. They were very respectful of my home and pleasant to be around. In addition Rufino's bid was much lower than others I received but the quality of the work was excellent. After this project I recommended him to my neighbor and the job he did for them was equally excellent. I also had him come back after an adjoining wooden deck was installed and he did a great job filling in the gap between the wood and the flagstone. He also built some back stairs out of concrete pavers for us. He is great!"
