"Jordan and his helper were exceptional. Jordan was polite, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products he was installing. It was a great pleasure working with Jordan. He went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasurable experience with the installation of five windows in a door. At first we were expecting it to be a nightmare but Jordan made it into a dream. Window Depot is very lucky to have an employee like Jordan representing their company."

"The installers were very professional, answered any questions that I had. The rooms where the windows were replaced were as clean as they were before installation. The outside noise level was noticeably quieter and I am sure that my energy bills will be lower."

"I called three companies from the list and was given pretty good estimates from all, but decided to go with Bob's because the woman from the office was very pleasant and helpful. I could not decide whether to go with an OEM window or an after market one (cheaper), so she said not to worry; the installer would bring both and I could choose on site. That is amazing customer service! The installer arrived right on time, I picked my glass, he went to work, and was done very quickly. He cleaned up everything, vacuumed inside my truck, and took my credit card payment right there. It could not have been a more pleasant experience!"

"A wonderful, truly professional company with both the expertise and the understanding of the central Florida area. Cindi Donaldson came by to give us the estimate and show us samples of the products to be installed. The entire process, from estimate to install, was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Love out new storm barriers."

"We ordered about 28 Gorell windows from them for a remodel. The second floor was completely rebuilt so we had both new construction and replacement windows. The salesman was very nice, but maybe not so experienced. He had our blueprint plans to work with, but missed the fact that we needed tempered glass or impact window over the tub to meet code. He definitely should have known this. Also, in some places we put 2 windows side by side which requires a mullion (the piece that goes between them to anchor them together). We got the runaround when we tried to get the mullions from them. Couldn't get a straight answer out of them, they kind of tried to act like it was something the installer should get and they didn't have them, then they changed their tune and got them for us.

All in all, we're happy with the windows, just not the company. Unreturned calls, mistakes, etc. I'd say if you buy windows from them, let your contractor deal with them and make sure the order is right and complete.
"
