"Overall everything went pretty well. Lance Belka, owner of Belka Painting, is a very experienced and talented painter. He's been painting since 2003 and previously worked for and managed Step Up Painting. He formed his own company earlier this year in April. When I first met Lance, through Step Up Painting, he impressed me right away with his knowledge of painting, his attention to detail, and his attitude, This is why I hired him when he started his new company. I gave Belka Painting an overall rating of B, though if this website allowed it, I would have moved that to a B+ or A-. I couldn't quite get to a solid A because there were a couple glitches along the way having to do with mis-communications, personnel, and scheduling problems....all of which Lance handled and corrected in a professional manner. I believe that these 'glitches' were probably due, in part, to this being a newly formed company. Lance told me right from the start that he 'guaranteed' that when the job was finished...I would be 100% satisfied and he was right. Overall, the job could have gone a little smoother and a little quicker, but it all turned out good in the end and I now have a beautiful paint job that should last a long time. Kudos, also, to Lance's painting partner Jason, who also did excellent work."
