"Positives: the workers were very professional and the foreman kept me updated each day. They ran into inclement weather so they only stripped the roof and put the new roof in, in what they could do before the weather turned nasty. Took about two weeks, but at least my roof was always protected. They also did a maintenance check of other things pertaining to the roof. Cleaned up each day; cleaned out my gutters too. Looks really good now! Cons: took about 6 months to finally start the work. Not much communication from the office unless I did the emailing or calling. I get that it took that long due to weather, but would have liked to be kept in the loop a bit more."

"This summer Rudy at RVM All Metal replaced our many years old, multiple layered, torch-down (and who knows what else) roof for us. He and his crew were clean and for the most part careful. Better than I was expecting. There was one plant casualty. A newly planted Bleeding Heart stepped on or smooshed while the old roof was being removed. Everything else went well. Rudy while not always present for the tear-off was always on-site for the installation. In fact, for our house I believe he did nearly the entire installation himself. Something I very much appreciated. I waited until now to write this review as I wanted to check for leaks. Looks dry! The old roof had a leak around the chimney. Not anymore! While a metal roof is more expensive than other options I wanted a low maintenance roof. Our roof is low pitch and we live in a spot that gets high winds. Other options for the low pitch design looked vulnerable to sticks and other debris blowing out of the nearby trees. I also like that Rudy over-builds important elements like the flashing. Rushing a job and building to minimum specifications can be short sighted. Especially, for those of us who live in such a wet and at times very windy area. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his company to others."

He went to the store and priced the grab bars and gave us a quote within 24 hours. It was nice to have someone come and be able to so several small jobs that needed to be done. Will certainly keep his number and use him again if we need someone."

"Topside tore off the roofing shingles, added a small plastic piece to divert the rain, and re-shingled with a different color shingle. Looks terrible. The rep indicated it would take a week to repair, so the high price did not seem out of lime. Took a 2 man crew less than one day to complete the job. For the time spent, the price was exorbitant."
