"Their representatives were not high pressure sales persons. They were knowledgeable about the complications they might encounter. Due to weather and activity there was delay in starting our job--little longer than expected. However, once they arrived the work moved quickly until we encountered leaks in our swimming pool plumbing which delayed the finish and caused the tape on the tile to leave marks. They attempted to clean the tiles, but we are still seeing residue. I was not asked about replacing the pool light, the railings or ladder which would have made the job look newer. We found the staff responsive, and interested in making things right. They took calls on the weekends. The job supervisor even came to our home before 7:30 a.m. one morning to catch me before work for a decision on the job. The swimming pool refinish is beautiful and deck area is a major improvement. My husband and I did need to be observant and make requests along the way. Next time, I would accept their recommendations for coloring of the surface, I did not, and the light color I selected does show the dirt more."

"Purchased molded concrete in the form of cultured stone for exterior installation on my porch and fence columns. Was very glad to have found this company, the cost was significantly less expensive than ordering real cultured stone. It looks good and is easy to install with thinset cement. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
