"DNE was able to send someone (Dmitry) to our house within just a few hours after we contacted them to fix our 11 year-old LG Washing Machine (the first problem we ever had with it, but it suddenly wasnâ t draining any of the water in the wash cycle). Dmitry was great - he was on-time, very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything. It turns out that our washerâ s water pump had broken....and thank goodness Dmitry had just the right replacement with him. He opened up the machine, replaced the pump, and the washer was good as new! The whole thing, from his arrival until he left, was only about 90 minutes (maybe less) and the price was very reasonable for the work done. I would definitely hire DNE (and Dmitry) again! Thanks much for your quality fast work!"

"The repair man explained that it would cost more to fix my washer then to replace it. He checked my dryer just because he was nice and all was good there. He showed us how to clean the lint outside of the drum unit. He was very helpful. I will call them for all my appliance repairs."
