"I hired Bay lighting and Power after my previous contractor failed to deliver the job. Mark and crew step in and took over the job. It was the whole house re-wire for an Eichler house. There is no attic or crawl space for Eichler houses that makes the whole project way more challenging. Mark did the new addition wiring mostly on the roof and for the existing section he mostly used the walls and the beams. He added a sub-panel in the garage to minimize number of penetration in the existing roof which reduced the overall cost of the project significantly. During the whole process he was patient and creative. We passed all the city inspections on the first try. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work and great customer service. I highly recommend them for any electrical remodeling or new construction."
