They replaced a faulty "Push-on" tub faucet, which has a gate valve for turning the shower-on / off, with a soldered-in unit whose engineered construction is much-more reliable and less-prone to leaking around the half-inch pipe to-which it was soldered onto. While their service charge was more than having a "handyman plumber" do the job, they absolutely guarantee the quality-AND-reliability of the materials-and-installation work provided; it's well-worth that additional cost....... He asked good questions and listened carefully to our answers.
