"The work crew showed up on time and did a very good job trimming the tree. The men do know proper tree care. They were very careful not to damage my roof, gutters or the surrounding bushes and plants. The price was high but I hired Walter and Mika because Walter is a certified arborist and a professional in whom I had confidence. I would have given 5 stars but the clean up could have been a little better. The workers blew some small twigs under my bushes instead of racking them up. It was nothing too objectionable but for what I paid I expected a more thorough clean up without having to check on what they did. I would have asked the foreman to clean up more thoroughly but I did not notice the small twigs until after the crew left."

"The service they did was mediocre at best and they are not very careful. Had them cut trees down by my house and they decided to fell 1 of them right along the side of my house instead away from it and hit my roof and broke a window when I live in the forest and there was plenty of clear area to direct it towards. They also crushed my garden and fencing in this act. It has been 2+ months and they STILL have not fixed what they have broken and getting them to respond is next to impossible. So if they can't do any damage to ANYTHING on your property I would say maybe give them a chance but avoid them completely if there is a risk of anything being hit, no matter what the value because they won't fix what they break and will leave you for 2 months in the snow without a freaking window and your chimney crushed!!!!"

"My next door neighbor and I needed a major tree topping and trimming to the property line. We took 4 bids on this project. Johnson’s Tree Care won us over with Kevin Johnson’s professionalism and client care. He kept in close contact with us via text and phone. He worked with both our schedules, and came on the date proposed. His crew followed our requests to the letter. The workers had safety equipment, Kevin’s company is bonded and insured, which was important to us. The crew worked continuously and cleaned the site completely, chipping the branches and hauling everything away. Johnson’s was not the lowest bid, but we sensed a quality job. Kevin is an arborist and can « read » the pruning history of the trees. He knows his business. We got our money’s worth and will hire this company again! "Only issue was that PV Tree sent out a crew without actually scheduling the service. I had a dialog with them over getting a written quote which they ultimately provided. PV surprised us with a crew at 8:00 on Saturday morning. We had them proceed with some reservations. The crew did a good job and left the areas clean of debris."

"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent. They removed two 50+ foot tall trees near our home in a tricky location that required chopping up the trees into smaller bits and lowering them individually by rope. They were on-budget, on-time, and far faster than their initial time estimate of 2 weeks (done in 1 week). A team of 5 were at our home every day for 6 days and got it all done.
