"We signed a contract in Aug, 2025 ($6,618.50) to take our scaled drawings and put those into a CAD file so they could be stamped by a license architect. When I initially spoke to Evolution Drafting, I clearly stated that our building code department required Stamp Architect plans in order to receive our Certificate of Occupancy and needed these completed as quickly as possible. Over the 7 months, we never received a final plan that contained the certified architect stamp on every page as required and standard. We did receive a plan with a stamp on the initial page in December 2025 that contained a lot of errors and used outdated building codes. We found this out when we submitted the plans to the building department and they noted the errors. In December, I notified ED about the notes from the building department and they kept saying the arch. is MIA and non-responsive to their request. In March 2026, I ended my relationship with them and seeking a full refund for breech. "

"Absolutely awful experience. I paid a large down payment for engineering drawings that were never delivered. The owner was completely incompetent, missed every deadline, and constantly made excuses. She promised a licensed engineer was working on the project, but I never had any contact with this person ? it became clear the engineer was never actually involved. After months of delays and no progress, I asked for a refund, which she flat-out refused. I was forced to take her to court, where I won the case and was awarded a refund. Even after a legal judgment, she still hasn?t paid me. She shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no integrity. All the negative reviews I saw before hiring her were spot-on ? I just wish I had listened. She takes people?s money, delivers nothing, and hides when held responsible. This is not just bad service ? it?s unethical. Avoid this company and individual at all costs."
