Concrete Driveway & Floor Contractors in Lothian, MD

"Very professional. Kept me informed at each step. Thorough instructions on what to do as it â curesâ and â after serviceâ suggestions."

"Truly had an amazing experience. I reached out after a quick Google search and spoke with Julio. He quickly let me know my options, the cost, and the service window. Not only did the team arrive with everything needed to wrap the lawn in less than two hours (a little less than 0.5 acres), but they were also able to accommodate my last-minute request and arrived an hour and a half early. I didn?t have to come outside, the team started right away. When they were finished, I spoke with Julio again to confirm that everything looked good and paid from my phone. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, professional, and reliable service!"

"Baldo and his crew were great! My patio turned out beautifully and my yard amazing! He also did my driveway which was difficult but he was a true professional and conquered it. HIGHLY recommend him!"

"Project was complete in three days"

"I hired 7th State Builders to replace rotten wood on our front porch and paint it, repair, rescreen and paint our back porch, paint an upstairs bedroom, rip out tile and redo our master shower and perform several little miscellaneous indoor repairs. They did a great job! They were polite, prompt, attentive and addressed any concerns when I had one. I would definitely use 7th State Builders again."

"Repaired a crack in our poured foundation in a neat and timely manner. Their price was better and fulfilled all of our expectations. Not a drop after several heavy rains. We would recommend them."
