Not only did they show up to start when they said they would, they arrived on time on each and every work day. Workers Russ & David did an excellent job of keeping us updated on everything they were doing as the job progressed, and even made suggestions on some extras that were needed (actually needed, not an up-sell). At the end of the day, EVERYTHING was cleaned up before they left for the day. Everyone at Handy Chucks was very personable and easy to talk to. "It started off good and then as work started being completed, there was damage done to our house from a pipe they broke while ripping out a vanity. They are not taking ownership for this! we were misplaced from our house for 10 days. The cabinets had to be completely replaced do to poor workmanship and incompetence. Owner only taking partial responsibility and only replacing parcel cabinets now nothing matches. There was paint drips everywhere, gaps in flooring, broken new doors, uneven handles, cabinet hinges stripped out from them, trying to fix them so many times. Therewas attempt to fix the mistakes, but due to their incompetence, they were given 4-5 attempts to fix mistakes to only make things worse. Now after having to file an insurance claim for the flooded bathroom and getting it all fixed toilet they put on is now leaking due to a O-ring not properly being installed. Causing more damage there is more than I could list Im out of room!!Do not hire these people."
