"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"Marty and the entire Pioneer roofing team are to be commended for a great job and value for work performed. Due to winter and spring storm damage, what we thought would be a patch job ultimately turned out to be a full replacement of our 25 year old roof. During some of the hottest days of the summer, the team showed up at 6:45 am on Day 1 and began the tear off and ultimately completed ½ of the replacement the first day. Back the next day bright and early to beat afternoon thunderstorms in the forecast, the team completed the reroof, cleaned and replaced the spouting guards and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. The entire team was thorough, professional, polite, and trustworthy.
