"Eric and his crew were great to work with and did a fantastic job. When we first met with Eric to discuss the project, we described what we wanted but didn't have a detailed plan. He was able to work with us along the way as the project took shape, making slight modifications where needed. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Also responsive - usually not more than a day or two went by without hearing something, and if so, he was quick to respond to a call, email, or text. The project experienced some delays (a week or two) but this was due to rainy weather and beyond their control. The work required installation of a lower retaining wall and filling the area behind it to bring to grade level with the driveway, installation of pavers for a walkway and patio, installation of a second wall using dry stacked stone, and installation of exterior porch steps with bluestone treads. They kept the work area organized, used the fill dirt left over from excavation creatively to build up some eroded areas, seeded and strawed impacted areas, and left everything in good shape. I recommend them highly."

I initially hired him to install a sump pit, pump, and associated plumbing to replace the old floor drain system in our basement to prevent flooding during the heavy rains we can get in Virginia. The gentlemen he brought with him to do the digging and installation were a great group of guys. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up everything after they were done. The system ran perfectly. We also hired Scott to do put some electrical drops, and hired someone to do some paint work for us before listing our house to sell. Once again, the work was fast, he worked around our hectic schedule and we were more than satisfied. After we got our offer we had a few repairs that came up in the home inspection and we were able to use Scott as a reference to negotiate down on a few repairs as well!
