"We just had my home's worn out cedar exterior completely renovated (Oct 2023). Went out to bid and Macbeth was the only company that met my requirements and budget. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else."

"Mr. Pollard is very easy to work with. Punctual and professional, good response time and follow up. The work was done by one of his employees. It was well done, promptly on the scheduled date. Everything was cleaned up and left in order. Mr. Pollard agreed to have a couple of electrical receptacles and a light fixture moved while insulating the walls and gable ends of the structure. "I had problems with a leaking roof on a 19th century log cabin in Madison county.  Repeated attempts at spot repair failed and I finally had to bite the bullet and get the roof replaced.  A challenge in this rural area is finding reliable contractors who are willing to travel to get the work done, but Blue Ridge was responsive and submitted a competitive bid.  Metal roofing is never cheap, but they were very professional and worked with me to keep the costs reasonable while maintaining the historic character.  It took a while to schedule the job, as I recall, between competing work and rain, but they came when they said they would, and completed the job promptly and professionally.  I'd use them again for such a job, but the thing about metal roofs is, if done right, you don't need another one for 30 years!  In any case, a great job at a competitive price. <br />"

"Showed up on schedule, actually a little early. Evaluated and informed me of the work required. Asked if I wanted the work done. I asked how much; he said that I would need to talk to the office. I said go ahead and perform the work rather than pay for a second service call, as it was so little work, which he did. Materials consisted of a few roofing nails and a little caulk. He was at my house for less than 35 minutes. The bill came for $180.00."
