"We had a wooded fence Installed. The entire process leading up to the installation was easy and they had great communication. The crew that came out was very professional and they got everything done in just a few hours."

"We hired Terry to put a bannister back up from a home built in 1920. He exceeded our expectations and did an amazing job! We are so thankful! I have attached a before and after photo."

"Extremely high price quote compare to other professional fence companies."

"VA Dream Home Services has been an excellent vendor. They responded promptly to my request for a quote and immediately sent an appraisal team. My project was complicated by the fact that a ceiling needed to be removed, plumbing fixed and then the ceiling replaced. The team was very flexible in working around my plumber. Additionally, our home is older and has a textured ceiling throughout, which we wanted to maintain. VA Dream had no issues matching the repair to the rest of the house. They did such a good job, we immediately had them do a drywall replacement for a newly installed walk-in shower. Excellent work, done efficiently by nice people. Very happy."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"The rear section of the fence at my townhouse fell down due to a rotted out support post where the original builder had just planted the wood directly into the dirt. The fence was about 6*x24* with a gate. I contacted MC Fence and Deck (among others) to quote out a replacement, and MCF and D had the best price and promised the best quality of work, including pouring concrete for the posts. MC Fence and Deck came in and replaced it and hauled away the old stuff in 1 day, very happy with their work."

"Mr. Sword called and offered to come out and look at the project and give us a price. He came that same day and discussed the job with my husband, who was impressed enough to sign a contract and pay a down payment. The work consisted of replacing a board on board fence section and gate and replacing two damaged sections of chain link fence. The work was completed the next week as scheduled and was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone needed a board fence constructed."

"Built a beautiful board fence at my house and responds in a timely fashion. would highly recommend!!"

"Mark did a great job replacing fence posts and repairing my gate. He was very prompt in responding and got the job done quickly. I would definitely contact him for more projects."
