"The roof had suffered substantial wind damage. I called Advantage Roofing and Tim came to do an estimate. He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. It was on time, done correctly, everything was cleaned up, and they were very careful around the landscaping. They even did a few tiny favors for me! I was so pleased with everyone involved. "Anthony and his crew at Miami Valley Roofing were outstanding from start to finish! Anthony was recommended to us after we were denied a roof replacement from our insurance company, after a wind storm damaged our roof. I did not have a contractor present at the time of the original decision not to replace the roof (but only repair) by the insurance adjustor. After a referral by a friend, we contacted Anthony and he came out the same week and looked at the roof. He also had the roof covered with a tarp so that no additional damage would be incurred due to rain as several shingles were missing. After his review, Anthony sent a write-up to our insurance company recommending a roof replacement and had me call to schedule a re-inspection of our roof based on his write-up and photos. Anthony took time to be there to walk through the inspection of our roof with the insurance adjustor. The same day of the re-inspection I received a call from the insurance adjustor that he had changed his course of action and recommended roof replacement. Anthony then guided us through the process of picking out shingles and scheduled the roof replacement within a couple of weeks. He filed all of the necessary paperwork with the insurance company so we could receive payment in a timely manner. Anthony was also gracious enough to allow us time to receive the funds from the insurance company before having us make final payment. On the scheduled day of roof replacement, his crew showed up on time, worked diligently until the job was done and cleaned up after the job was finished. They did a professional job and the roof looks great! I could not recommend Anthony and his crew at Miami Valley Roofing any higher. We paid a little extra to have them replace our box vents with a ridge vent. I chose them because the sales person explained all details for me and answered my questions in a professional manner. The chimney work was done first, on time and to my satisfaction. The shingles were delivered day before work scheduled. The roofing crew arrived early next dand kept me posted on all steps with pictures taken on my roof. Roof was installed completely in one day and all debris cleaned cleaned up, including going over my yard with a magnet to find stray nails. Later I found my bathroom was making noise and Bone Dry was here next day to take care of it. I am very pleased that I chose Bone Dry for my new roof."

"My gutter had started to pull away from the fascia board. I wasn’t able to get a close look at it to see what the problem was because it was 3 stories up. I was concerned that the board may have been starting to rot. I contacted Molloy and explained I needed a gutter repair but wasn’t sure how big or small the job might be. They said no problem. They would send someone out to evaluate it and if it was a simple fix they would take care of it right away. Within a few days, the technicians came out, inspected the gutter and were able to fix the problem on the spot. They reassured me that the fascia board was sound and the gutter just needed a few screws replaced to reattach it to the board. I was relieved and very pleased that they would take on a small job like this. Many companies don’t want to bother or will try to sell you more than you need. I had a good experience with Molloy Roofing and can definitely recommend them for gutter repairs."

"Don Snider and his crew are the BEST! Don worked with our insurance and he personally came to our home with products to replace our siding, gutters, downspouts, facia and soffits. "<p>I called to get a roof inspection after a few shingles were blown off in the April 2 storm. The first available appointment was in three weeks. My shingles were discontinued by the manufacturer. So, I was concerned about getting something that would closely match my shingles. Also, the entire roof needed to be inspected for additional damage beyond what I could see. I had talked to other roofers that said the entire roof needed to be replaced and my insurance would pay for it.  I really just wanted an accurate assessment of what needed to be done. The Ray St. Clair roof inspector recommended a repair for the small damaged area and gave me an estimate. He didn't try to talk me into a whole new roof. The repair was done a week after getting the estimate. They were good about communicating and doing what they said they would do. I was very happy that they matched my shingles so well that the repaired area isn't something that's noticeable. I would definitely use them in the future, and even though I only did a repair this time, be comfortable using them for a total roof replacement in the future.</p>"

"We had Justin, the field supervisor, out for 2 separate water leak issues. The first of these issues had been a window water leak where the roof line and an odd placed window meets. This leak was ongoing for 4+ years and 4 other separate roofing/siding/window companies had tried their 'fix' without fixing the issue. Justin easily spotted the trouble area and repaired a 4+ year long ordeal within an hour. We have had multiple hard rains since and no more leak! We called him a second time for a different roof leak. He found an issue with how the shingles were laid down where 2 roof lines meet. He did a simple repair to the roof shingles and we are hopeful that this will solve the issue. We will definitely be using Sherriff-Goslin Roofing for any future roofing needs. And we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family."
