"Most everything was completed as expected. The lead did a good job directing, however she may have loss track of one of the cleaners. The garage side of the basement was not swept well and the glass block window was not cleaned of cobwebs nor washed. Sarah the lead needed to do this after the walk through. The top perimeter of the bathroom window was left with a 4? black smudge which I easily cleaned. Also, the chest in living room was not dusted on the side rims. The kitchen which was cleaned by Sarah was cleaned to perfection. Kudos to Sarah. The oven and racks sparkle! All the workers were friendly and sweet. If anything, I would say perhaps have an additional cleaner to free Sarah up to do more supervising. I am using this company one more time and would use them again after that if the need arose. ------The owner came out and addressed any deficiencies. Now I am completely happy."
