"During part of the renovation, Dudley Brothers discovered that the air ducts were oddly shaped and caused an obstruction with the new shower basin. They were able to have air handling contractors build a dedicated duct that could handle the air flow and accommodate the new shower basin. The attention to detail was impressive. For example, part of the framing behind the walls we reenforced so that the existing grab bars could be moved slightly but still support the weight as intended. The painting and finishing was so well done that I am still wondering whether they painted the whole bathroom as opposed to the construction area. The crew is polite, highly professional, and attentive to the needs of the client. I will contact them again this spring for yet another project."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"Mr. Dickens and his assistant arrived on time. He set up his work area. He began removing the grass and soil from the area around the existing walkway. We requested that the walkway be expanded to three feet wide. The assistant began breaking up the concrete and digging deeper to go from three to five inches deep. The ground was leveled with an incline added to allow for proper runoff. The forms for the new walkway were put in place. Metal rods were inserted for extra support. The concrete truck came and poured the cement. The assistant continued to level and even out the mixture to form a great walkway. Everything was set up for the overnight settling. The job began on Thursday and everything was complete by by Friday. All the neighbors have admired our new walkway. Our new walkway is beautiful. Mr. Dickens and his assistant did everything that was promised. The removed all debris and trash. They left the area in great shape. <br />"
