"Excellent!! A couple months after moving into our house, we discovered that we had a leaky roof. After calling several roofers with no response, my husband called King's Child Construction. Casey the owner answered - said he'd come out later in the day. As good as his word, he came over that night, made a recommendation on a solution, and gave us an estimate. He was back the next morning and within a couple hours or so he had our roof fixed - total was pretty much in line with his estimate. Casey is a general handyman, and we've been so impressed with his work and his attitude that we've already talked to him about doing some landscaping and repair the water damage in a month or so. And next year, we'll have him rejuvenate our wood deck. He is a really hard-working young man, and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. We would highly recommend him"

I been doing masonry repair work and masonry work for over a decade now. I do a lot of foundation and chimney repairs. For most projects, I do free estimates, but If doing an estimate for a house sell or buy, I charge $150 for an estimate, but that will be deducted from the quote if hire me for the project.
