As a woman he treated me with respect and talked to me as a client and not a woman who isn't familiar with all the things that are in the home, electrical, foundation, plumbing etc. <br /> He showed me everything that he included in his report and spent the time to make sure i understood. The report with details and pictures were very helpful. <br /> He had previously done an inspection on this home many years ago and actually remembered certain things about the home and was able to tell me some things that had changed since his last inspection and some things that haven't changed. Good to know seeing as home most sellers don't give you a home history upon purchasing it.   <br /> I am a very inquisitive person and that didn't bother him in the slightest. <br /> Out of all the expenses in purchasing a home I feel this was the best money spent. "Old driveway, sidewalk and patio removed and new forms installed on day one. All concrete poured and installed on day two. <br /> Concrete infused with fiberglass to increase strength. Concrete was smoothed and broom finish applied. All work looks wonderful. M&S is very responsive, and always answered all my questions, even after the work was completed. Owner came back a couple of days later to install sealant for driveway/street joint. <br /> M&S had removed a support post from my front porch and installed temporary bracing so they could install my new patio. Once the patio concrete had cured, M&S returned to remove the temporary bracing and replace my support post. M&S took great care to ensure that the ceiling over the front porch was level, and that the support post was properly installed, and was cut to the proper height. <br /> Would highly recommend M&S Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work performed. He has a carefree way about how he works which is indicative of an artist, which is what he is. He saved us money where he could showing us trade tricks to saving money i didnt know existed. over all he is the best painter i have ever seen. very fast and accurate. great experience. not only did i get a completed job under time and budget but i feel like i met a friend. Thats how he made us feel, ONLY after we exercised our right to communicate with him. He even took me to choose my colors, together."

"The work went great. They were excellent to work with. Very professional, always answered all questions and concerns. The inside work went great, they laid down drop cloths to walk on etc. Took care to clean up. Outside work went great as well. They had a few surprises along the way, Big rocks that were hidden until they started digging. They were able to deal with the large rocks and continue on without issues. When work was done, they put down grass seed and straw. They cleaned up jobsite and while work was going on took care to not block road, neighbors drive ways etc. (Live on very tight street with not alot of room in caul-de-sac.) Overall I would recommend them to friends to do work on their homes. In fact a co-worker recommended them to me. It did take awhile to get initial quote, but well worth the wait I believe. Total project was very expensive, but they had a lot of work to complete. Seemed to be competitive with other people I talked to though. <br />"

We checked in fairly regularly to see what the timing would be, and finally we were given a definite date, and that day the team showed up! We were very impressed with the professionalism of the team, and found their work to be exceptional. It did take quite a bit longer than originally quoted, but they did it right, and the cost came in as quoted, only with a bit more for extra things we added once they arrived and started work. The main workman for our job, Nate Sullivan, was always punctual, and the one time he couldn't come due to illness, Keith let us know. We would be more than willing to have this team work for us again, should the need ever arise."
