It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

Paul figured it out and itâ  s perfect. His carpenter, painter, electrician, & plumber were always on time, courteous, and did excellent work. For the window, he was able to match an existing large bay window exactly with a large double hung window added to the perpendicular wall. It looks like they were all done in the same project."
