"Let Jose know my budget was $2500. After going back and forth I agreed to $2800. After they started work I was asked to fix additional items. Examples: There we 2 sprinkler heads that were broken ($40, per head). That turned to 4 springler heads. The charge was $475 for that. I have three small back yard entrances where white stones were put down. That charge was $900. I was told the sprinkler timer was only working on one zone and needed to be replaced. He indicated the digital ones could be up to $800. I said I wanted nothing fancy. Timer was not replaced. I thought this was included. The palm trees were supporsed to be trimmed as they were touching the house. As they were leaving I had to reimind them about this. The total cost went from $2800 to $5000+. I felt the prices were high based on agreement of $2800 budget, even with additional items. I had a irrigation specialist come and he said the timer is not broken or stuck in zone one."

My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They promised a lush, green lawn but delivered dead patches and weeds. Despite several complaints and consistent communication about my dissatisfaction, their customer service employed fraudulent tactics. They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"Excellent, they performed a great job, placed traps in the attic and they checked for four weeks- not one problem. During the attic’s prep, unfortunately, the technician stepped on the ceiling and created a crack in the ceiling inside the house... Nozzen Nolen took care of the whole repair until we were satisfied. Every one in the company showed concern about the issue and they resolved it immediately and professionally.
