"Our roof was damaged by a raccoon which caused leaks inside the house when it rained. Called Capps Roofing because I was already familiar with their work. Mark Capps made appointment for estimate. Once all the paperwork was done and accepted, it was about a month before they started the job. This time frame was expected and acceptable. The job included taking off old roof, replacing wood that was damaged by mold or water; took off the chimney that was damaged by raccoon; put down new metal roof and replaced gutters, and I'm sure more than I can remember. Capps workers worked hard and they tried to keep yard picked up from debris. Once the job was completed, they had everything picked up. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work included. Capps Roofing has been in business for a number of years. Everyone was courteous and answered all questions. I highly recommend Capps Roofing for your roofing needs. I love my metal roof."

"I am rating their customer service. The person I spoke with was rude and for some reason kept insisting I put in a request for windows, when the request is clearly for siding. Also, the information should be edited for this company as they apparently do not install or replace siding in the entire state of Florida."

"I was very pleased with the work done by no pressure roof cleaning. The crew called prior to their arrival and worked quickly to complete the job. I was amazed at how clean the roof was in less than an hour of treatment. It is a very efficient process, for sure. We did have some damage to a few shrubs and one area of grass along the side of the house. I called the owner Paul and he was quick to return the message. He said their policy was to wait a month after the service before assessing the plants. I called back after the 30 days and sent pictures. Paul quickly responded and told me what he would be replacing. Within a little over a week I had my new grass and various shrubs. I believe the company works hard not have any damage to the landscaping. The chemicals they use however, are strong which allows them not to apply pressure on the roof. So I am sure that this happens occasionally. But rest assured they will be honorable if this is the case. I very much appreciate the service and professionalism of Paul and his company. I will definitely use them again in a few years."
