"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"I'll start with the fact I am happy with the work itself, and the professionalism of the mechanic. Not having had any experience in this area. I relied on reviews, and google. I fully expected to be treated fairly, and went in with that mind set. I was in a bit of a bind, and needed the door to work. So though the price seemed higher than I thought it should. I allowed them to make the repairs. Unfortunately for me. I did not check the parts prices until after the fact. For a set of springs that cost less than $40 from the manufacturer; I was charged $208. For a set of pulleys that run $6 each. I was charged $190+. For $4 worth of cable. I was charged $97. The total overcharge was $338 as I see it. I feel that this company preys on people that are being held hostage by their house. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. ="

"Lou arrived promptly.  He hung the headboard and installed the lamps and attempted to repair the toilet leak.  The toilet apparatus was new but, needed to be have one connection redone because of a small leak.  I think he just tightened the connection and after he left it was still leaking.  I called him and he came the next day and said it was ok but it still leaked.  We called him back a third time and he went to Home Depot to get new toilet insides.  When he returned it was not the correct size and he ended up re installing the one that was there the first time he came and finally it was fixed. <br /> He was always prompt and did not seem too annoyed to be called back.  I had bought the $59  coupon for his work and he added $40 to it which was fine.    <br /> I would definitely call him back for odd jobs. but, doubt I would use him for any plumbing issues. <br />"

"Since we live over 2 hours away we were hoping to find someone we could trust to handle all aspects of renovation and care of the property. David and his wife have gone above and beyond our expectation and we highly recommend them for any project. All work has been done to our satisfaction and all sub contract work has been closely monitored by David. He is also very diligent in acquiring the best price even if it means taking his time to meet with several people for bids. In addition his rates are reasonable and fair. They have been very easy to work with and have been great about working with our time schedule in terms of doing things gradually at our pace. They were also helpful in the planning process bringing expertise of construction and design to help in decision process. "Overall, it worked very well. It took a little time to get them out to give an estimate and to get the project launched but they recommended that we paint the house with a semi-gloss, I guess, maybe even a gloss and I had painted it before with a flat, I was initially kind of concerned about that but I like the way that it looks, I think they did a very good job. After it was over, they came and did a walk through inspection and we noticed 1 or 2 things and they came back right away and attended to those so I would be happy to recommend them."

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."
