He did a good job handling the issues that inevitably arise with projects like this, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, even though I was out of town during most of his work. "Called Tim a couple of months ago for an estimate on three projects I needed done. Removing and replacing the railroad tie steps was a priority. We talked about a couple of options over the course of a couple of weeks after the intial visit. After agreeing on a plan, Tim set a date to do the work and was on time and ready the day we planned. He removed the railroad ties and replaced them with landscape pavers and blocks, then  finished off the retaining wall with matching wall blocks. The project
took 3 days.
