"Had given a deposit for the window and it was to be installed within 6 weeks. On the 6th week I called and they said yes the window was in , when did I want it. The installer came the next week. Though he did a good job of installing my window I had bought new plastic brick molding which he cut backwards and had to rig in , I had also bought new plastic window sill 6' long enough for 2 windows. when he left he took all my materials and lost my check . I know they have many installers working for them , in my case ,with one window , I think they sent a good old boy and not a professional . The window does it's job , has ? a lifetime warranty and probably no one but me and a builder would notice the Brick Molding is on the wrong sides of the window . As far as my extra materials I just chalked that up to price."

"First of all he was late to come to do the estimate for the project. Then when he sent over proposal he did not include installing shower on the quote. He did not put it down in his notes. So he forgot everything we communicated to him about the shower. He lost the measurements for the shower and ask me to measure sheetrock to sheetrock and tell him the measurement. So I went online and found a shower based off what he told me. So when they came to do the work, the shower was the wrong size. So he was telling me what my husband did wrong. Honestly, he should not even have asked us to to get the measurements, he should have came and did the measurements again since he lost it. So I had to go thru the headache of getting on the phone and getting all the product with the shower picked up and order another one. Now you would think he would offer us a discount for this inconvience, considering that it was his fault, because he lost the measurements. We had to go without a shower for 1 week. I had to put another shower on my credit card. Another issue happened with them putting up the new granite countertops in the kitchen. They knocked our dishwasher machine out of place and now it is not working properly. I told John several times about fixing this and he did not. He told me he would, however, he did not. So now I had to call our warranty people out to fix it. We have went 2 weeks without a dishwasher. So the new shower came in and they put it up, however, they cracked it. John asked my husband about purchasing another shower. I told him no, I was not putting anything else on my credit card. So John purchased it. So they put up the new shower when it came in, however, when my husband took a shower the shower moved when my husband leaned on it. So they had to come back. A project we were told would take 3 days took 1 month. My sister was going to use their service, however, I told her not to. I do not recommend using this construction company. John is a nice guy and they did okay work, however, professionally my husband and I did not like the service we received."
