"The Tech/owner was awesome. On time, polite and very knowledgeable. I had several outlets and overhead lights that suddenly stopped working. He found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Repair cost was very reasonable and he didn't try to push anything else on me. At 73 and 100% disabled Veteran I wasn't able to do the physical part of the job. He had to climb over storage tubs to get to the electrical panel which would have been nearly impossible for me. If you want a top notch electrician Wolf Electric is who I would recommend. "Russell was prompt, very polite and helpful. He explained everything and pointed out where my old rowhouse differs from newer codes. (Grandfathered until I want to sell.) There was an upsell on an annual plan, but it will save some 15% on some planned upgrades, so I went with it. Dawn, office support, also was friendly and pleasant to work with. She gave me a follow-up call next morning after my multi-company query through Angie's. My inquiry detailed list of three small repairs did not get other takers, so no real cost comparison, but I feel the price was fair-- $500 for about 2 hours, including the plan and dispatch fee."

"Everything went great. The only reason I didn't give an A for quality is that they had to leave holes in my wall and ceiling tile to run the speaker wires. I did agree to this after it was explained how they would have to run the wires, but I haven't figured out how to fix the ceiling tile yet. So I would say it would be nice if that weren't the case and that it wasn't so destructive to do the work and/or it would be repaired as part of the service offered. I would still highly recommend."
